Plastic Zipper Injection Molding Machine

  • High quality zipper can be produced at a
    short production cycle time.

  • The process has low labor cost that a
    operator can take care of several machines
    simultaneously.

  • Various types of plastic zipper can be
    produced by changing mold.

  • This machine has been designed to take
    less space.

  • Mold opening & clamping and injection unit
    are adjusted by two linear transducers.

Open end Injection Molding Machine

  • This machine utilizes a reciprocation-screw
    method that the screw drive delives a more
    homogeneous melt for injection.

  • Pin, box, and top stops are completed at one
    shot.

  • Close-end M/C need different mold, locator,
    and pulling tapes transmission attachment.

  • There are two kinds of process:

    1. After slider mounted, top-stops &
      bottom-stop are completed at one
      shot.

    2. Top-stop with zipper teeth were
      injected; then slider was mounted.
      Zippers with top-stop & sliders feed
      into machine to get bottom-stop.

Semi-Auto Injection Molding Machine

  • Can produce top-stop, bottom-stop,
    open-end, or two-ways by changing
    different molds.

  • Semi-auto machine.
